I think allowing flexibility is a great idea, it allows students to do their own thing and experiment however their mind allows them to. As well as multiple options for those needing more support. I think having several options allows for them to choose which is best suitable for them or if all of them are best.
This quote also stood out a lot to me too. I never really thought about how much I rely on various supports to help me throughout the day. But seeing the examples, such as an alarm, I started to think about everything. The idea of brain breaks and a checklist are a great idea to keep ones self in check and taking care of ourselves.
The final argument is very strong and resinates with me greatly!
